Without your support, The John Beasley Theater & Workshop cannot exist. While our cast members and board members donate their time to our efforts, we incur expenses for each production we stage and for each educational program we create. As our success grows, our expenses grow as well.
If you have attended one of our performances you already know our commitment to creating a high quality and exciting theater experience.
But, what you may not know is, although tickets sales are a critical part of our financial well-being, admission covers only a small % of the costs associated with running the theater. We depend on you and other generous donors to help make the difference.
Exclusive Sponsorships
Underwriter ($5,000-$9,999)
- Your business listed on the show poster, in all promotional & educational materials and season long acknowledgment on the JBT web site and in the show programs.
- Up to 10 passes for opening night (Use them as perks for special employees or costumers or donate them to a worthy cause)
- 2 passes per show throughout the season
- A show t-shirt and hat from your production
- Special thanks in the pre-show curtain speech
- A poster signed by John Beasley and the cast of your production
Production Partner ($10,000-$19,999)
- Your business listed on the show poster, in all promotional & educational materials and season long acknowledgment on the JBT web site and in the show programs.
- Up to 20 passes for opening night (Use them as perks for special employees or costumers or donate them to a worthy cause)
- 4 passes per show throughout the season
- A show t-shirt and hat from your production

- Joint sponsorship for the available show of your choice

- Invitation to a private luncheon with John Beasley
Executive Production Partner ($20,000 +)
- Your business listed on the show poster, in all promotional & educational materials and season long acknowledgment on the JBT web site and in the show programs.
- Up to 30 passes for opening night (Use them as perks for special employees or costumers or donate them to a worthy cause)
- 6 passes per show throughout the season

This is the highest level of sponsorship. This level of giving will allow John Beasley Theater & Workshop to continue their positive impact on our community through High quality and exciting productions. It will also provide much needed support for our important education and outreach programs. Which touch the lives of thousand of people in our community, including underserved and at risk youth.
